Examples

Some areas may have higher prices. But people who have cars can access cheaper locations
Price of small product packages is usually higher per unit (volume discounts)
Poorer people have worse and more expensive health conditions
Education. Underfunded schools, and poorer education outcomes, can lead to lower lifetime earnings.
