Process:
Clarify decision. In big problems it might be hard to pinpoint what exactly has been decided.
Decide the decision makers. Who is responsible for the decision. RACI responsibility assignment matrix might be helpful.
Share that the decision will happen. It can be lightweight. A meeting note or a quick email.
Document the decision. After documenting, follow up with everyone interested.
