📝Tone down architecture
Don’t make architecture this grand official/important/hard thing.
Some people dislike the word (Architecture is a buzzword). For others, “architecture” might be off-putting and prevent them from questioning it and making suggestions. Some might think that architecture is only for architects to do.
It might help to present architecture as simply “design”—everyone can do it and there are different levels of design (Architecture is a special case of Software Design).
Present ADRs as simply “decisions”—another instance of toning down
